To participating lenders and their affiliates: We share the information you submit through our forms with one or more participating hard money lenders so they can evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Each participating lender has its own privacy practices, which will govern its use of your information after it receives it.
To service providers: We share information with vendors that help us operate our website, deliver communications, provide analytics, prevent fraud, and support our business. These service providers are contractually required to protect the information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Your ability to limit contact by a participating lender after your information has been shared is governed by that lender’s privacy policy.
